Ashley’s passion for helping others has fueled her meteoric rise through the organization. After completing several HomePagesⓇ projects as an outside sales representative with unprecedented success, Ashley transitioned into a Hiring manager role. The energy and helpfulness which drove her customer sales proved a perfect fit with bringing quality candidates into our organization. Her incredible work ethic in this new role led her to become the Director of Recruitment within just a year. After several years leading her department to year over year success, Ashley again stepped up and was asked to lead a fledgling digital sales department. Under her leadership as Director of OPTIMA™ Services, Ashley’s team has had year over year record breaking sales driving the company’s digital product sales. Ashley became the Vice President of Digital Sales at the end of 2019 and her role has evolved dramatically, well beyond sales leadership as she’s become a key contributor in the development of products, processes, and systems for all of AMP. No matter how much more gets added to her plate, Ashley remains a Sales Manager at heart and her happiest place is side-by-side with reps in DIS.

Ashley and her husband Tom (her college sweetheart) enjoy spending time with their three young children Adelyn, Eli, and baby Scarlett. In Ashley’s free time she visits friends and family, and enjoys shopping, reading and running!
