Congratulations Stephanie Felsecker on her promotion to Recruiting Team Trainer!
Stephanie celebrated 10 amazing years with AMP in January. Over the last 10 years of Stephanie’s career, she has been well known for her high standards and achievement of herself, and helping others along their journey to excellence as well. Stephanie is a fantastic leader and trainer of others. She is always working to better herself, and become better than yesterday. She is always pushing herself to her best and her next milestone in her career. As this opportunity came to our team, Stephanie was the perfect choice to leading training for the Recruiting Department.
Over the years, Stephanie has hired many top rookies and top sales reps in the company. In 2024, after welcoming her daughter Kyleigh to the world, Stephanie came back with an even bigger why and purpose for her work. She worked extremely hard in her role as a Senior Hiring Manager to help build new markets like Saint Louis and Kentucky. Stephanie led the team in the last 6 months of 2024 in Rookie Revenue with $200,789.00. She also had 7 new hires hit their 10K milestone in 2024. Stephanie finished the year as our 3rd ranked Hiring Manager and earned the Presidents Achievement Award. Stephanie has continued her success in our 1st quarter of 2025 by leading our team with $80,329 of Rookie Revenue and inspiring some great rookies to join AMP including BG Burnette and Bridget Smith.
Outside of AMP Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband Doug, daughter Kyleigh, and 4 legged kids Honey and Hester. The Felseckers enjoy the outdoors, swimming, camping, biking, and spending time with family.
