Congratulations to our 2024 Runner Up for Hiring Team Manager of the Year and PAA Winner, Gabby Smith!

It has been a year of growth, hard work and dedication! Gabby comes in day in and day out prepared for your day and are always ready to take on a new challenges that are presented. Something extremely admirable about Gabby is that she radiates positivity every day and is without a doubt a glass half full person. Gabby joined AMP in May of 2023 and immediately set really big goals for herself. One of those goals was being able to be a top hiring manager and secure herself a seat on the plane and in 2024…. she did just that!

This year Gabby came in ready to go and had a no excuses mindset. She set the bar high and never looked back. Something Gabby focused on was creating rock solid routines and habits that became unbreakable. She never missed a day of prep work on Sunday to get her week organized and prepared. She consistently studied top rep resumes in the business and became a student of the game. This year Gabby was also promoted to a Senior Hiring Manager and has flourished in her new role!

Gabby has hired 2 of our top inside sales rookies this year and has drove over $542,000 worth of revenue into the business. That is no small task and the work put in to accomplish that never went unnoticed. Gabby has additionally played a huge part in launching our new business development team this year! She will continue to build a stable foundation for growth for this team in 2025. Thank you Gabby for all of your hard work, strength and dedication you bring to AMP daily.
