Congratulations to our 2024 IMPACT Award winners, Mike Sanderson, Kristin Bayle, Tiffany Mills, and Jen Bock!
Each year, the Impact Award is presented to the individual—or in this case, the team—that has made the most significant and lasting contributions to AMP over the past year. This year, we are thrilled to honor a group of leaders Mike Sanderson, Kristin Bayle, Tiffany Mills, and Jen Bock as recipients of this prestigious award.
Individually, their accomplishments in 2024 are remarkable:
- Mike spearheaded the establishment of a new data center, ensuring our infrastructure is future-ready.
- Kristin added critical leadership capacity by building out a project management team using a project management board to bring structure and clarity to project management workflows. Through her leadership of the development team we were able to bring out a social platform, customer portal and multiple new API connections.
- Tiffany tackled and resolved complex payroll and commission challenges, streamlining processes for the organization and improving overall communication on payroll matters.
- Jen led the overhaul of our customer support team, setting a new standard for excellence in service.
While each of these people had achievements impactful in their own right, the true magic lies in what this group is accomplishing together. In 2024, we undertook the most ambitious infrastructure project in our company’s history: transforming our financial and accounting systems, rethinking our e-contract platform, overhauling our sales commission tools with a new platform, and adapting our Sugar CRM to meet the needs of the AMP we are today—and the AMP we aspire to be in the future.
Infrastructure projects like this can feel like a race of unknown distance. Just when you think you’re nearing the finish line, it shifts farther away. Yet, through every challenge, long hour, and unforeseen obstacle, this group remained steady. They said “yes” to the hard thinking, the long days, and the setbacks and frustrations, always committing to giving their best and keeping themselves and their teams motivated and informed.
While it is rare to present an award like this before a project is fully completed, the sheer scale and length of this initiative make it essential to recognize milestones along the way and a few of the achievements that are already making an impact– particularly the revamp of our inside sales touchpoints. Even as we continue to work hard to pull each part over the finish line, we can reflect and appreciate the deep foundation of systems and data that we will build upon to create outsized impact for the company over the course of 2025 and beyond.
As we near the finish line of this monumental group of projects, it’s amazing to consider the countless vendor evaluations, design iterations, hundreds of Zoom calls, diagrams, workflows, project plans, and late nights and work weekends that brought us to this point. It has taken optimism, determination, and a deep belief in the value this work will bring—to our customers, our employees, and our future as a company.
A special acknowledgment must also go to Karen Bourdage, our heroic COO, who has worked side-by-side with this team, designing and building an ERP system that will carry us forward for the next five years and beyond.
Thank you, Mike, Kristin, Tiffany, Jen—and Karen—for your vision, dedication, and belief that we can achieve this. Your hard work is already making us a better company, and I know the success of these initiatives is a direct result of your leadership and teamwork.
Let’s take this moment to celebrate what you’ve accomplished so far, even as we prepare to cross that finish line together. Congratulations to the 2024 Impact Award winners!
