Congratulations to Courtney Lee on her promotion to Digital Inside Sales Training Manager!
Courtney joined AMP in June 2021, shortly after she graduated from Carthage College with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. While at Carthage College, Courtney was a four year member of the Carthage women’s soccer team, serving as captain of the 2020-2021 season. While being a full time student athlete, Courtney maintained several part time positions and was involved in many extracurricular activities on campus. Courtney’s hard work and dedication throughout her early years set her up for big success at AMP!
From the very beginning of her career, Courtney stood out as a goal-driven professional, achieving remarkable success in a short time. In her rookie year alone, she climbed the ranks to become an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager, securing the #9 spot in Digital Inside Sales her rookie year. Courtney consistently led in revenue, renewal rates, and NDR all thanks to her unwavering commitment to AMP and our customers.
In September 2022, Courtney was promoted to Digital Inside Sales Classroom Trainer, dedicating countless hours each month to training our new DIS representatives with her exceptional expertise. She continued to lead in personal sales metrics while spending additional hours to help train others. Courtney’s high standards and practical approach make her an ideal mentor and trainer. In December 2023, Courtney stepped up to the plate and helped us design and create numerous DIS learning pathways in LearnUpon. Courtney invested many hours to ensure our training materials were professionally crafted and organized for long-term success. Her dedication streamlined our training process, boosting productivity across the board.
Not only is Courtney an exceptional trainer, but she also delivers impressive results! Despite dedicating numerous hours weekly to training and revamping our training materials, she currently averages $52,823 in monthly sales with a 71.61% average renewal rate on the year. Courtney is a HUGE goal setter and is always committed to growing 1% better every day. She sets big goals for herself and her success truly demonstrate her ability to never settle and to get better each and every day!
Courtney’s exceptional organization and presentation skills make her a standout leader. In her new role, she will focus on continuing to develop and enhance our LearnUpon pathways, while continuing to train and grow our digital inside sales team alongside our Digital Inside Sales ADMs, Inside Sales Managers, Regional Inside Sales Manager, and VP.
In her free time, Courtney loves being surrounded by family and friends. Staying true to her passion, she dedicates a lot of her leisure time playing soccer on the field. And here’s a fun fact—Courtney is a twin! Her dynamic lifestyle reflects her energetic and enthusiastic nature both at work and throughout her personal life.
