Congratulations to our August 2024 Employee of the Month, Caitlin Gordon!

Caitlin has played a huge role in the success of a series of recent changes for DIS selling Google Street View Trusted. When a few new processes were rolled out, she and DIS Operations became heavily involved in reviewing and assigning selling towns in markets where we are not currently staffing field sales reps, but have photographers to assign work to. Caitlin has also been involved in updating references for DIS Blitz/Save dates, so they can assist with filling broken photoshoot dates.

In August, one of Caitlin’s teammates reached out to her to see if there was a reference map that could be used to review available markets for Google Street View Trusted. The goal was to have a source that displayed the field DM/VP markets on a map to quickly review potential areas to assign to DIS. Caitlin created an absolute masterpiece of a map and got that over to her teammate within the same morning. Her quick turnaround was impressive and it has become a truly useful resource that will continue to be utilized.
