AMPlified Success: Kelli Sullivan

Meet Kelli Sullivan, GSV Scheduling and Fulfillment Manager, and read about her career journey at AMP.

I began my journey with AMP in November of 2022. The pandemic forced me to take a hard look at my current work situation, and reevaluate what I wanted for myself and my family. I interviewed with Asia Robinson, Manager of AMP Support Services, for the position of GSV Scheduling Assistant, and instantly knew I had found what I was looking for in the warm, inviting culture and environment AMP seemed to have. I was thrilled to accept the position and join the team!

Throughout my time on the Scheduling team, Asia really helped me grow, and embraced my willingness to learn and take on more responsibility. I was able to learn about different areas of the business, do some shadowing with other departments to get a full understanding of what we offer our customers and the services we provide, and I was growing my knowledge of our CRM by running daily and weekly reports. This time was crucial in my development and where I am today, and I’m so thankful I had a helpful and supportive leader.

In May of 2023, the opportunity presented itself for me to move to the Customer Support team, and take on the position of Customer Support Coordinator. While this was a completely new position for me, and I knew there would be many systems and processes I would have to learn that I was unfamiliar with, I knew this was a step in the right direction in the path that I wanted to go. With the encouragement of Asia and Jen Bock, Director of AMP Support Services, I accepted the position, and got to work learning everything I could.

In June 2023, I was recognized as the AMP Employee of the Month. With this recognition, I truly felt all of the hard work, and stepping out of my comfort zone was paying off. I knew I was working within a company where I was valued and where employees are championed to be the best they can be.

In October 2023 I was presented with another opportunity, and truly the biggest step out of my comfort zone yet. I was approached to take on the position of GSV Scheduling & Fulfillment Manager. This would not only mean much more responsibility within AMP and overseeing two teams, but it would mean my own leadership change and transition to a completely different team myself. All of this was a bit daunting, but again, with the encouragement of Asia and Jen, I interviewed with Megan Moser, Vice President of Product Fulfillment, for the position. After speaking with Megan, I left feeling so excited, and knew this was a step that I had to take. I accepted the position, and I’m so thankful I did.

Throughout my time working with Megan, one thing she mentions is to “find your why”. This rings so true, because I believe this is what brought me to AMP in the first place, and it is what has pushed me to keep stepping out of my comfort zone to the next big thing. It’s so fulfilling to work for a company and with people who motivate you and truly make you feel valued. I’m excited to keep growing with AMP and continue my journey!

On Kelli’s career at AMP, Manager of Support Services Asia Robinson, said:

“Kelli is a dedicated and hardworking team member at AMP who always stands up for what she believes is right for AMP and customers. Kelli’s passion and determination are truly inspiring!”

In a similar vein, VP of Product Fulfillment Megan Moser, said:

“It has been incredible to watch Kelli grow into her leadership and see all that she has accomplished since starting to work with her in October of last year. Her ambition, collaborative nature, and forward lean will continue to be the foundations of her success throughout her journey.”
