Congratulations to Jennifer Holloway on her promotion to Mentorship Manager for Northeast Florida!

Jennifer’s impact since joining the team in November 2023 has been substantial, and we take great pride in her accomplishments.

In March, Jennifer recorded a personal milestone, achieving $20,598 in revenue, with $16,149 in OPTIMA™ and $4,360 in GSV. Her consistent sales performance in 2024 led to her recognition as a 2024 Top 10 Rookie and a promotion in April to the Observation Day Team.

Jennifer’s success can be attributed to her adeptness at upselling previously sold GSV customers to OPTIMA™, managing multi-location accounts, and demonstrating unwavering determination. She ranked in the top 10 digital sales reps and digital rookies through May and subsequently earned a promotion to Senior Sales Rep before being appointed as a Mentorship Manager in early June. During her initial field training with a new representative, Jennifer inspired sales amounting to $1,850 in OPTIMA™ and $595 in GSV. To date, Jennifer has continued to motivate the Northeast Florida Team, achieving over $70,000 in OPTIMA™/Text sales through June 2024, and consistently maintaining a DCP of over 70%. Furthermore, she achieved personal records in May with $32,780 in revenue, $30,000 in OPTIMA™, and a DCP of 92%.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Mr. Jack. She is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities such as beach volleyball, cycling, and basking in the Florida sun. During hot weather, she prefers to relax indoors in air-conditioned comfort and engage in her favorite TV shows. Her dedication to our work extends beyond office hours, as she consistently spreads awareness about our services and their benefits to small businesses, resulting in several successful sales.
