After my wife and I got married, I began looking into the world of sales. Many friends had told me I’d make a great sales rep and it really piqued my interest. My wife sent me the listing for an open sales rep role at AMP and the rest is history. My first few months here have been amazing, as I have grown my knowledge of our products and my sales skills. The team here has really helped me to grow in so many ways and I am so thankful. 

I really admire AMP’s mission and enjoy helping business owners everyday. It is so special to be able to build the trust of business owners and to truly help their business in many aspects. I love seeing owners filled with gratitude when we help them improve their online visibility. I look forward to continuing to grow as a great rep and representing AMP in the best way possible. 

Another aspect of the business I enjoy is getting to train others and seeing them grow as well. My advice to new reps is to always put your best foot forward and to build a relationship with the owners that we serve. People never remember what you say to them, but they always remember how you made them feel. It’s our mission to serve, build trust, and help every business owner we encounter. 

For anyone looking to grow their career at AMP, consistency is key. I learned early on that consistent selling and training really leads to believing in yourself and knowing you can overcome anything that comes your way. Staying optimistic is also important. I had the opportunity to speak to my colleagues about the topic of optimism. I had several of them message me and email me about how it had encouraged them to have a more positive outlook on life! It’s amazing how far encouragement can go and make someone’s day!

The biggest reason for the way I live my life and work the way I do is because of Jesus. I wouldn’t be where I am today or who I am today without the powerful redeeming work of Jesus in my life.
