Congratulations to Maggie Klug on her promotion to Verification Coordinator!

Maggie joined AMP in March 2023 as a Digital Verification Specialist and quickly mastered the art of verification, efficiently handling both site and customer verification. Her exceptional performance led to her promotion to Senior Verification Specialist in early August 2023. Maggie consistently supports her team by assisting with Verification calls and managing the ongoing list of new customers month after month. When the time came for the Verification team to split into two, Maggie readily offered her assistance.

In Maggie’s new role as Verification Coordinator, she will train new hires and conduct follow-up training among the team. Maggie will perform quality checks on the Verification team when needed and will also serve as a backup to the team if they are out sick or on PTO.

In the last couple of months, Maggie has also taken on a huge role in our new +Enhanced Listing Services add-on. Maggie creates drafts for our customers, gets calls and emails out to work on changes, and posts customers products and services once approved.

During Maggie’s free time, she enjoys collecting crystals and tumbling stones she finds. Maggie also gets tattoos from her brother, and enjoys seeing the progress he has made from her first tattoo by him, to the newest. She also likes to read fantasy and true crime books.
