Congratulations to Melissa Hall on her promotion to IT Operations Manager and Print Fulfillment!
Melissa joined the AMP Family in 2004 as a Proofreader, performing quality assurance reviews for print ads in HomePages® Directories. While she has played many roles over the last 19 years, she has been primarily focused on supporting the Fulfillment department, including Print, Text, GSV and Video. Amongst her many talents, Melissa is known for her management to the final detail, her incredible organizational skills and her ability to streamline processes to drive efficiency.
In the role of IT Operations Manager, Melissa will continue to manage HomePages® fulfillment efforts, and will now be expanding into the world of IT. She is excited to build on her already solid foundation of AMP knowledge, leveraging her many talents in this new role. Melissa will work closely with both our Network Operations (Help Desk) and Development teams, familiarizing herself with their specific programs and procedures and will soon be assisting in ways to streamline Network Operation’s processes, improve upon Zendesk functionality and reporting and fulfill many other IT related administrative functions.
Megan Moser, VP of Product Fulfillment, said this about her experience working closely with Melissa: “In recent months I have had the opportunity to work with Melissa more closely than ever before and she embodies the definition of “working through to the final detail”. She has been a constant and steady force of nature at AMP for nearly two decades and I am truly honored that I was able to work closely with her and learn from her. I am incredibly excited for Melissa’s new role and to see how her impact continues to grow at AMP.”
Outside of work, Melissa has been married to her husband, Jeremy, since 2006. While they have been on many amazing adventures together over the years, Melissa now prefers the summer months glamping in their 1977 vintage motor home, gardening, and listening to music outside on a sunny afternoon.
Congratulations, Melissa, on this well-deserved promotion!
