Congratulations to Megan Moser on her promotion to Vice President of Product Fulfillment!
Megan began her career with AMP in 2012. She didn’t start as a manager or a director. She started with AMP logging 40-80 phone calls a day as a Text Marketing Specialist, assisting our hard-working small business customers with leveraging CloseBy® Text as an effective marketing tool through proven ROI messaging and growing their subscriber lists for extended marketing reach. In 2015, she embarked on her quest to take on more responsibility within the organization and accepted the role of Digital Support Coordinator. One short year later, she was promoted to the Digital Support Manager. Never satisfied with the status quo, Megan again challenged herself by taking on the new opportunity of Director of Marketing Logistics & Product Development, where she played a key role on both systems and marketing efforts. Most recently, Megan has been successfully executing her responsibilities as the Director of OPTIMA™ and Video Fulfillment, boasting 97%+ of OPTIMA™ customers’ onboarding completed within 90 days of sale with high levels of accuracy and a scalable fulfillment model. Megan’s AMP story is one of earned serial promotions into roles with increasing responsibility and influence in the organization. Each time, she’s met the promotion and the big new responsibilities with significant personal investment in skill growth and very diligent work ethic.
In the role of Vice President of Product Fulfillment, Megan will oversee AMP’s expansive Product Fulfillment functions, including, OPTIMA™ Verification and Content Management, AMP Video Fulfillment, Google Street View 360 Fulfillment and the fulfillment of our HomePages directories. Megan comes to the role with all of the qualities of a hard-charging Vice President, incredible enthusiasm for the AMP mission to serve and deliver effective and affordable advertising and marketing solutions for small business owners, execution of responsibilities at levels far above expectation, a strategic focus on product evolution and growth, strong personal accountability, and a passion for mentoring and career pathing future AMP leaders. Megan embodies the spirit of a trailblazer who has carefully selected her own path and has worked with fervor to achieve her aggressive goals on an established timeline.
Megan’s incredible work ethic, in-depth understanding across our vast array of digital product offerings, and her natural ability to solve complex problems with technology solutions make her a natural fit for this newly created role. If you have had the opportunity to work with Megan on a project, you have first-hand experience of her analytical skills, good counsel and fun sense of humor. Megan embraces evolution as an opportunity to learn and grow, both as an individual and as a well-respected AMP leader.
Abe Andrzejewski, Chief Operating Officer, said this about his experience working closely with Megan over the last several years: “Megan’s personal path upward at AMP is an embodiment of great personal attributes – she’s someone with very high personal accountability, a strong sense of urgency in getting things done quickly and by herself when necessary if faced with business opportunities or problems, and she’s got a comfortable sense of humor and a wonderful can do attitude. Those personal characteristics are supported by an incredible work ethic and a professional spirit of optimism and curiosity about how to do things better, faster, or more effectively. I think of Megan as one of the most reliable and level-headed leaders in the business, whether we’re scoping exciting new initiatives or working hard on the gritty details of a well understood business challenge. Megan’s move into the VP of Product Fulfillment role is well deserved. I’m excited to have her in this key leadership position as we scale up the number of customers and the sophistication of our services even faster in the months and years ahead.”
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, is an avid reader and big Notre Dame football fan.
Congratulations, Megan, on this well-deserved promotion!
