Congratulations to Aylin Garza on being selected as the 2019 Digital Administration Employee of the Year!

Aylin is part-time in the OPTIMA™  Fulfillment Department, as she is pursuing a business degree from NIU, but carries a large presence. She is punctual, quick to learn tasks, asks questions and has proven to be an invaluable asset to not only our team, but the company as a whole.

Aylin started with our department as an administrative specialist doing detailing tasks and quickly took on registrations with ease; she alone has registered over 4600 customers since the end of July! She focuses hard and pushes herself to complete tasks as efficiently and accurately as possible.

Aylin helps with special projects and fills in where ever the need is with a positive outward attitude. Since she is also bilingual, Aylin has and continues to help get customers through their onboarding calls, translating customer content to and from Spanish, the verification process, and assisting other departments; she has helped Becky in collecting a past due account and with piloting Spanish recommendation cards. Aylin’s help has not gone unnoticed and our team greatly values her; she was nominated for the Clipperd Award in October for her assistance with our onboarding team.

Although she seems shy and works quietly, Aylin doesn’t falter on the phone or when approached for help. Anyone who walks by could easily assume she’s in a phone facing position each day. Since she has helped in multiple areas, she has also had to learn the basis for each of those tasks and has always displayed her confidence in doing so.

Overall, Aylin has proved to be an abundantly helpful member of the OPTIMA™ team and we look forward to seeing her grow during her time here at AMP!
