Congratulations to Cameran (a.k.a. Cam) Fry on her recent promotion to OPTIMA^™ Fulfillment Administrative Team Lead!

In Cameran’s new role she will be responsible for maintaining daily workflow, training and functioning as a point person for the OPTIMA^™ Administrative Specialists.

Cam started with the company in October 2017 as an Administrative Specialist. In May 2018 she became a Verification Specialist and an even more important member of the entire OPTIMA^™ Fulfillment team. Cam did a fantastic job bridging the gap between the two sides of the team and as she mastered the verification role, she became the go to person. Cam naturally transitioned into a leader and then stepped up to take on the OPTIMA^™ Fulfillment Trainer and Quality role in November 2018.

Cameran takes great pride in her work, successfully and helpfully giving her all to better our customers’ online presence. She has done an amazing job ensuring the resources around her have quick and intuitive answers to all things and being a subject matter expert on the various search sites. Over the last few months, Cam has taken her position to the next level, assisting in the coordination of tasks on the administrative side, training all new hires as well as new tasks to existing employees. She has been successfully and busily updating processes, helping in the hiring process and learning all tasks on the team.

Anyone who works with Cameran knows she is a super helpful individual at AMP! She constantly thinks outside the box for problem solving and big picture team thinking. She also makes strong judgement calls for the customer, for coaching new hires and for helping making the overall team better.

Cam enjoys time with her husband, Ben, as well as family and friends. She and Ben try to visit one new place each year for vacationing and have enjoyed their getaway trips.
