CEO’s Corner – July 2024

It’s hard to believe that we are now past the midpoint of 2024! At AMP, it was a great first half of the year, but what’s to come in the second half of 2024 is going to be even better.

In June, we achieved double digit growth in OPTIMA™ sales across both new and renewing customers. We also set an all-time record for Google Street View Trusted sales in June and grew our CloseBy® Text Marketing sales by 22% over the prior year’s June performance. Beyond our total sales growth, we set a quarterly company record for sales efficiency in Q2, posting the highest average sales per person that we’ve ever achieved, driving a similar positive impact on commission checks. We are also setting new benchmarks in client service, completing listings fulfillment, social postings, and photoshoots with the tightest turn-around times we have ever measured.

Halfway through the year, many of the big 2024 strategic initiatives that we have been working hard on but that cannot yet be measured excite me perhaps the most. We are quietly planting the AMP flag in new states and steadily building out new sales territories. We are developing and more deeply integrating practical, wholly owned AI solutions built to custom-fit the core needs of local marketing for small business owners, and those tools are saving us time, delivering value to our customers, and elevating our overall performance. There’s a ton of dry powder pent up at AMP right now, and it’s going to make for an exciting and dynamic next six months.

I’m incredibly proud of the hard work, long hours, and good outcomes that this team is driving, and looking forward to a breakout second half of 2024.
