Congratulations to Anna Grace Hatchette on her promotion to Senior Hiring Manager!

Anna Grace joined our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team in February of 2022, after moving to Illinois from South Carolina. She fell in love with the area when she came to visit a college friend, and decided it would make a great place for a new home. After eight months on the DIS team, Anna Grace made the transition to the Recruiting team in September of 2022. Since joining the Recruiting team, she has excelled by creating strong routines for herself, and using her southern charm to connect with candidates.

Anna Grace’s high activity and strong show rates have lead the team to success. She has been instrumental in working with our South Tennessee and newly launched Virginia teams. She is a pro at keeping everyone up to date on important information, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Sales and recruiting are never easy, but she has such a positive and driven attitude that keeps pushing her forward through the toughest of situations. She has also brought on some recent new stars like Michael Reamy, Graeme Bean, and Forrest Hale.

Anna Grace is a proud graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and a minor in Women’s Leadership. She worked her way through college bartending and managing a local pub, where she learned how to grow her tips and the revenue of the business. Growing up, she would spend time at the local skating rink her grandfather owned, so she has small business in her blood! She has a strong eye for identifying the candidates who would be able to capture the attention of small business owners, like her busy grandfather. Anna Grace has always been a high achiever even dating back to her high school years, where she was a dual enrollment student earning college credits even before she got her high school diploma.

In her free time, you can find Anna Grace on the dairy farm at her home in Woodstock. She spends her time there feeding the baby calves, picking pumpkins in the fall, and enjoying the beautiful landscape on walks around the property with her boyfriend, Spencer, and dog, Peaches. When she gets the chance, she travels back home to South Carolina to see her parents and two sisters. Her mom always makes sure they get a good girls shopping trip in when she’s home. When she achieved her first hiring goal in Recruiting, she was able to pick out a cute new pair of boots when she was home on a visit!

While we were sad to see her leave DIS, we were excited for her to help grow the company as a Hiring Manager, knowing her caring personality would help others as they started their sales career. We love AG!”
