Katrina started with the Content Fulfillment team in November of 2021! In her role as a Senior OPTIMA™ Cross Functional Specialist, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance in maintaining our customer’s online listings, and she expertly manages a range of tasks surrounding our OPTIMA™ product.

Katrina has a great attention to detail, and her ability to not only find obstacles within her daily tasks, but also to provide the team with details and solutions is unmatched. She has proven to be a valuable team player, offering her coworkers assistance through the team chat with recovery information, and always with a kind nature.
