Congratulations to Alexis Felix on her promotion to Sales Support Specialist!

In her new role, Alexis will join the front lines in support of our field and inside sales teams. She will be expanding on her knowledge of all things AMP including products, systems, and sales knowledge. She will become one of the familiar voices on the other end of the phone to provide assistance and guidance alongside the other members of the Sales Support Team.

Alexis joined AMP in July of this year as the Sales Support Administrative Assistant. Working hard behind the scenes to ensure accuracy in all thing sales materials related, Alexis quickly became the backbone of the Sales Support Team. She has been instrumental in the organization for weekly sales classes, getting materials shipped out on time and setting up countless projects in the CRM. She took over the creation of the majority of sales examples for our new hires and has an eye for providing weekly product examples to the sales teams as well. She is a super-fast learner and stepped into the role of backup on scheduling Observation Days and quickly became proficient in that fast-paced, super important process alongside our Hiring Manager team. She will continue to expand on this in her new role!

In her spare time you can usually find Alexis spending time with her family, who is extremely close! She loves to do make-up and recently helped her cousin with her make-up for her Quinceañera. She also enjoys an adventure and started trying out new restaurants in the city with her friends!
