In pursuit of that objective, our Marketing Specialists work closely with our clients on the fulfillment of their advertising orders, making regular outbound calls to advise and guide customers in the use and deployment of CloseBy® Text Marketing and Optima™ services. In providing this assistance, it is the mission of Marketing Support Specialists to re-sell businesses on the value of our offerings to assure strong rates of customer retention, and to upgrade and cross sell these customers additional products and services. Marketing Support Specialists are responsible for closing renewal sales and upgrade sales with existing customers and for making sales to new customers as well.
